THE African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) permanent Southern Africa Regional Office and Trade Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe is nearing completion.
The US$80 million facility, located in the heart of Harare, will position Zimbabwe as a major African trade hub and financial services centre.
The project site, bordered by Herbert Chitepo Avenue, Livingstone Avenue, Seventh Street, and Eighth Street whose building commenced in 2022 is expected to be fully complete during the second quarter of the year offers a prime location for the AfreximBank Trade Centre.
This strategic positioning will facilitate easy access and connectivity for businesses, investors, and stakeholders while changing the face of the city.
