TSL sheds assets to fund Nampak acquisition

During the year, Nampak completed the disposal of Bevcan Nigeria, the I&CS businesses, and Kenyan assets.

TSL has identified three non-performing assets for sale to raise funds towards the acquisition of a 51,43 percent equity stake in Nampak Zimbabwe.
