Zimbabwe’s property sector is projected to grow by an average of 5 percent annually until 2030.

Numerous urban development projects are emerging in the country, significantly increasing the need for innovative solutions in the areas of infrastructure and real estate.

“The role of sustainability in the property sector is rapidly growing in importance, driven by climate change concerns, regulatory shifts, cost efficiency, and increasing demand from investors and consumers. In Zimbabwe and globally, sustainable real estate is no longer a niche trend—it’s a competitive necessity,” the General Manager of Zimbabwe Property Expo 2025, Morgan Makamure said.

“In an environment characterised by new urban development projects and growth, we offer relevant players an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas about markets and projects in the country. Our aim is to tap into an exciting market and promote long-term partnerships.”

The event will bring together the key players from the real estate, infrastructure and investment sectors, offering unparalleled opportunities for business development, networking and knowledge exchange.

The event will include highlights such as special deals, loan assistance from financial institutions, seminars, entertainment, lucky draw and free gifts for visitors.

“The Expo offers a range of sponsorship and participation options, allowing organisations to showcase their projects, enhance brand visibility, and connect with a focused audience of buyers, developers, and industry stakeholders,” Makamure said.
