Zimplow to dispose of Willowvale asset

Zimplow said it is rebalancing its asset base to concentrate resources on strategically aligned and operationally productive assets.

ZIMPLOW Holdings (Zimplow) plans to dispose of its Dagenham Property in Willowvale for US$3,2 million as part of a strategic move to recycle capital from non-core assets into high-return operational avenues. The Victoria Falls Stock Exchange-listed group confirmed it has entered into an agreement with the Hailing Family Trust for the sale of the asset.…
