Zim banks urged to slash charges

Over the past decade, the banking sector income has increasingly shifted from interest income to non-funded and bank charges income.

THE government has called on the banking sector to review charges to ensure that financial services remain affordable, supporting the national goal of lowering the cost of doing business.
