Chisora was devastating against Szpilka and the Pole had no chance against his firepower.

The former world heavyweight challenger hurt him in the second with a right hook to the head followed up by five more shots before the referee waved it off.

Chisora wants former WBO champ Parker next and his manager David Haye claims he has opened talks with the Kiwi’s camp.

Chisora deserves another shot at the big time and he has won four of his last five fights as he enjoys a fine renaissance to his career.

He was way too destructive for Szpilka, who had tried to psyche him out by wearing a bandanna to the weigh-in like he does.

Chisora tore straight into Szpilka and landed a succession of right hooks to the body. He cleared enjoyed himself and winked to the crowd after landing one to the Pole’s ribs.

He went up a gear at the start of the second and after enjoying great success to the body with his right hook, he went upstairs to Szpilka’s head.

He connected with one spectacular right, which left his opponent effectively out on his feet, with only the ropes holding him up.

Chisora onloaded on Szpilka five more times before the referee stepped in to stop it as he slumped to the canvas one minute and one second into the round.

Szpilka lay there for a brief time as his frantic partner ran to the edge of the ring, before he managed to get to his feet groggily.

He then sat on his stool in his corner and received oxygen under the watchful eye of the ringside doctor.

He left the ring under his own steam to warm applause from the crowd inside The O2.

Chisora also got a great reception and at 35 after 40 fights, he shows no signs of letting up. – mirror.co.uk
