2024 service economy survey sponsorship is for you: Mabika

AS PREPARATIONS for the 2024 Annual State of the Service Economy Survey unveiling ceremony gather momentum, the event sponsors are excited by the prospects of the survey findings creating a good benchmark for the nation and its key economic sectors.

The annual survey — a partnered initiative by ZB Financial Holdings Limited, The Financial Gazette, and Tatu Advertising seeks to enhance Zimbabwe’s global attractiveness through improved service quality across our economic sectors.

With a particular focus on tourism, health, real estate, energy, financial services, insurance, technology, education, retail, transport, MSMEs, the public utilities, and informal sectors of the economy, among others, the State of the Service Economy survey dovetails with the Second Republic’s aspiration to create a prosperous upper-middle income economy where product and service quality reigns supreme by 2030.

The ZB Financial Holdings Brand custodian Emilliah Mabika dedicated the company’s 2024 service economy survey sponsorship to their loyal customers and to all Zimbabweans as the Brand promotes sustainable national development.

“The 2024 service economy survey is for you our valued customers, and all Zimbabweans as we invest ourselves in promoting the growth of our national economy anchored on service”, said Emilliah Mabika as she challenged all brand custodians to put service at the core of their corporate strategies.

This year’s Zimbabwe service economy survey is themed, “Going beyond, for you”, which resonates with ZB’s brand ethos of going the extra mile to put a smile on their customers’ faces. This ethos has been internalised and made a part of ZB’s corporate identity, symbolised by their trademark ‘broad smile’.

The unveiling ceremony, to be held in December, promises to be a tribute to Zimbabwean brands that continue to invest in putting a smile on their customers’ faces by consistently delivering exceptional service experiences beyond the customer’s expectations.

These customer-centric brands will elevate their sectoral performances and Zimbabwe’s aggregate service quality index for global attractiveness, economic growth, and sustainable national development.

“Our event preparations are at an advanced stage and as TATU Advertising we are excited to be a part of this momentous national survey for the second consecutive year. “

What excites us the most is the commitment of our partners to the cause and the positive impact that this annual survey ceremony has on our economy and its people”, TATU Advertising Managing Director Martin Matamisa said.

“Matamisa is also the event’s organising committee chairperson for 2024.
