Fidelity profit doubles on expansion

The insurer said changing consumer behaviour helped drive strong growth during the year ended December 31, 2025, with customers in­creasingly turning to life insurance, pensions and funeral products to shield themselves from financial shocks.

FIDELITY Life Assurance’s profit for the three months to March 31, 2026, reached US$2,95 million from US$1,38 million in the comparable period last year, driven by higher insurance contract revenue, investment income and improved cost management.
