Zimbabwe lags in value-addition

LOCAL companies are losing out on lucra­tive value-addition opportunities in the ex­tractive sector to foreign investors despite government efforts to promote indigenous partici­pation, the chief director in the ministry of Indus­try, Douglas Runyowa, has said.
