Zimra invests in tech upgrades

The second phase of the digital tax platform will deepen automation and connectivity with external institutions after the successful implementation of the first phase, which has significantly improved data integrity, payment accuracy and taxpayer com­pliance.

THE Zimbabwe Revenue Au­thority (Zimra) invested ZiG281 million in information technolo­gy systems in 2025 to strengthen tax collection, widen compliance and im­prove services for taxpayers.
