TN Cybertech raises US$3,8m through tokenisation

TN CYBERTECH Bank raised US$3,8 million through the tokenisation of ‘illiquid’ 150 Fairview Estate residen­tial properties in Ruwa, marking one of the most innova­tive investment models in Zimbabwe’s property and fin­tech space. The tokenisation, which was conceptualised late last year by the bank, also reflects the growing appe­tite for digitally-administered investment products in the market.…
