Makina appointed business platform advisory board member
A unique, international, prestigious, high-level conference has appointed, Chairman, IPHC Insurance and Pensions Housing Company Group, and CEO, Moonlight Holdings, Dr.Chomi Makina, as an Advisory Board Member.
Dr.Chomi Makina was one of the six (6) recently appointed Africa Trade & Investment Global Summit (ATIGS), advisory board members.
The others are, Sabina Zunguze, CEO & Co-Founder, A Gift To Africa, Jabulani Dhliwayo, Founder, ICT Africa, Babawole Akin-Aina, Managing Partner, AO Advisors, States, Anietie “Nate” Udofia, CEO & President, Grid Development Partners, and Reverend Peter Odijie, Director, International Christian Association of Ministers.
Dr, Chomi Makina is one of three Zimbabweans who are on the 12 member ATIGS advisory board. The others are distinguished ICT expert and the founder of ICT Africa, Jabulani Dhliwayo and Sabina Zunguze, CEO & Co-Founder, A Gift To Africa.
The ATIGS Advisory Board is composed of, ‘distinguished business leaders providing specific strategic thinking to support the ATIGS 2018 program.
The advisory board members are selected based on their leadership & areas of expertise to ensure a well-rounded and balance program with relevant topics and issues that will be presented and discussed on panels at the 2018 edition of the Africa Trade & Investment Global Summit (ATIGS) which is scheduled to be held in Washington D.C on June 24-26, 2018.
Dr Chomi Makina is one of the six enterprising individuals that in 1995 came together and formed a company that broke white dominance in the funeral business and today it is among the leading funeral assurance companies in the country – Moonlight.
Dr Makina has a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry that spans over 20 years.
