C-Trade Conducting User Experience Survey

When C-Trade –Zim’s first digital investment- platform was announced we were very excited about how many doors would be opened to first time investors who hadn’t had a chance to do so previously.

There were a few user experience issues that were met by those of us who enthusiastically tried to sign up only to realise that we were in the dark. I know, some of that fault lies with us but in this digital age users just want things that are as frictionless as possible. It seems C-Trade are quickly realising that and now they are conducting a survey that will allow users to rate their user experience on the platform so far. That’s a really great move and it will encourage even more users t sign up if they clean up a few kinks.

Who is the survey for?

I think everyone who is interested in investing and has used the platform can participate in the survey. C-Trade is asking for the following people specifically:

  • Investors
  • Securities dealers
  • Securities Depository
  • Exchange
  • Custodians
  • Transfer secretaries
  • Investment advisers
  • Investment managers

Question asked in the survey

I hate to be the guy who pre-empts but I think just taking a look at the questions being asked is important as well in hopes of encouraging those of you who may have had minor problems and you think it’s not worth participating.

The C-Trade survey is looking at the following questions:

  • Which of the following is your preferred C-Trade trading platform?
  • How satisfied are you with the look and feel of C-Trade platforms?
  • How satisfied are you with the C-Trade account setup process?
  • How satisfied are you with the C-Trade funds deposit and withdrawal processes?
  • How satisfied are you with the C-Trade user notifications and reports?
  • How satisfied are you with the ease of use of C-Trade platforms.
  • How satisfied are you with the reliability of C-Trade platforms
  • How satisfied are you with the level of security of C-Trade platforms.
  • How satisfied are you with the level of integration of C-Trade platforms with other systems in the Capital market.
  • Which of the following call center channels are you aware of?
  • How effective is the C-Trade help-desk/call center service delivery?
  • How effective is the C-Trade help-desk/call center service delivery?

It’s great that C-Trade is actually considering taking user feedback into account when it comes to their platform. Many-a-time products are just shipped out into the market and the users either deal with it or they don’t. This is a great step taken by C-Trade and hopefully, they take the user feedback and actually change some things up. I for one had a quite a challenging time at the sign-up process as there were a lot of undefined terms

How to take the survey?

C-Trade is sending out emails to existing users but if for some reason you signed up for the survey but you didn’t receive any email regarding the survey or you used the service briefly before stopping, you can complete the survey HERE.
