Law of sowing, reaping

It is not proper to give and fail to receive just as it is disappointing to deposit money in the bank and fail to withdraw it when you want it. You will need to understand that these resources you are laying up in heaven through tithes, offerings and alms are meant to help you here on earth, not when you get to heaven. So how do you make withdrawals from your heavenly account? There are steps you need to follow in withdrawing from your heavenly account.
Specify the amount
or good you want     
The first step is to determine the amount or the exact good you want to withdraw from your heavenly account. Do not be greedy or foolish in your determination of the harvest you want because you can only withdraw what you have deposited, of course factoring in the multiplication miracle of God.
When you have firmly decided what you desire, then ask God to give you that amount or thing as a harvest from your seeds sown in the name of Jesus (John 14:13; 16:23). It is written ask and it shall be given you (Matt. 7:7).
Asking is easier when you know that you have deposited that very thing in your account with God. Some people are like the elder brother of the prodigal son who became jealous of his prodigal son who, after asking and squandering his share of inheritance, was received back with a feast (Luke 15). When he complained that his father had not even given him a kid to eat with his friends, his father replied, “Son, all I have is yours.” All the remaining wealth was his but he did not exercise his right by asking for what he wanted.  
Agree with someone   
God honours agreement in prayer. He promised to grant to us anything on earth that we agree in prayer to receive from God (Matt. 18:19). Note here that prayer is made to God in heaven, who in turn releases the required thing on earth. Make sure you agree in faith, facts and figures if you want your prayer to be effectual. A husband and wife form a good combination of prayer partners. Alternatively, you can agree with your pastor or trusted friend in prayer to receive what you want. This method works because God prescribed it.
Express to experience  
The law of faith stated in Mark 11:23-24 involves one part believing and three parts saying. This means believing to see the desired harvest is not enough you need to speak it into manifestation. Confess with your mouth often the very thing you want to see; call it into existence by faith.
 Romans Chapter 4 talks of God’s faith that calls those things which are not as though they are, and they become. Do the same thing and release your faith through positive confession. Please understand that there is no receiving without confessing it. 
Confessing is not praying or asking God to give you something; it is declaring that your miracle harvest will show forth. Doing this is hard labour but do not tire up. Cast not away your confidence which has great recompense of reward.
Seek angelic assistance  
Sometimes your blessing or harvest is delayed by spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Eph.6). According to Daniel 10:12,13 Daniel’s prayer was granted the first day but it took 21 days to reach him. It was delayed by demon spirits in the air. You may need to bind evil forces withholding your blessings and to loose the angels bearing your blessings. Sometimes the people commanded by God to give you what you want may be walking in disobedience. But through sustained declarations of your coming harvest coupled with some fasting, your harvest will be released to you. It may be delayed but never denied.
Be expectant
The saying that expectation is the breeding ground for miracles is very true especially in the matter of seed-faith. Expectation involves being alert and being on the look out for something.
Being expectant makes you discerning enough to notice when your field is white for your harvest. If you are not expectant you will be like a widow who ignored a benevolent passer-by mistaking him for a debt-collector.
Expect calls and mails. Be sensitive to the promptings and directings of the Holy Spirit with an attitude that anticipates manifestation of your harvest anytime anywhere.  Some harvests come in trickles and others in full amounts.
While waiting for harvest, go about your business leaping, praising God and rejoicing in the truth that your harvest is as certain as the rising of the sun tomorrow.
