Fingaz wallop Alpha media

This was the first leg of the ‘back-to-back’ battle of the two teams in the Communications League that pits the two teams from two media houses in the same stable. the second leg will be at the same venue this Saturday. The match started at 1pm and it was Fingaz’s George Njodzi who scored the opening goal barely two minutes into the first half. However, Alpha responded with an equaliser in the 15th minute bringing more tension into the game. The  next five minutes resembled a soccer battlefield and it had to be Evans Marufu’s turn in the 21st minute to score the winning goal.
The second half was goalless for both teams leading to the Fingaz victory at the final whistle. The return match is expected to bring the same thrills and excitement as the 9th placed Fingaz team seeks more glory.
