Government must care

EDITOR – When is this government or when are African governments going to start caring for their own people? Surely we can’t leave our salvation to donor agencies. It is not like Zimbabweans need to live mansions. No! We just need running water, electricity and efficient medical services. It’s not too much to ask for, in fact our people used to have these things. What happened?
