Biti is a clown

EDITOR — Allow me not to just criticise but present facts. Not so long ago, Tendai Biti was in government as finance minister. The elections were stolen under his watch while he was busy making payments to the very company (Nikuv) now known to be responsible for the theft. My question is, was he oblivious, like his principal Morgan Tsvangirai (Movement for Democratic Change leader), of what was going on? On what grounds is he now calling for a parallel government structure? He is just seeking relevance after failing in his bid to oust Tsvangirai.
