Kim Kardashian’s son Saint West ‘definitely’ her last pregnancy, adoption still an option

KIM Kardashian is closing up shop.

The 35-year-old reality star has concluded her child-bearing career with newborn Saint West due to her history of high-risk pregnancies and painful complications, Entertainment Tonight reports.

“This is definitely the last baby Kim is having herself,” a source close to Kardashian said. “Doctors told her getting pregnant again is just too risky. The two pregnancies did so much damage to get body, it’s just not worth it.”

With that said, adoption isn’t off the table for the socialite and her husband, Kanye West, added the source.

Kardashian underwent a painful “external cephalic version” procedure during her pregnancy with Saint to turn her breech baby, and also bumped up her Christmas due date by three weeks to avoid complications.

She also had a rocky first pregnancy with 2-year-old daughter North West, suffering through the rare pregnancy disorder preeclampsia, which is marked by high blood pressure, and placenta accreta, which occurs when the placenta remains attached to the uterine wall during delivery.
“My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!!!” she wrote in a November blog post. “My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before.”

Despite those ordeals, Kardashian seemed open to a third pregnancy while she was still carrying Saint to term.

“I’m just thinking about number three,” she told her mom, Kris Jenner, during a conversation on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” about shedding baby weight. “Like if I have three, then that’s when I think your body really starts to slip.”
Kardashian and West, who have temporarily moved in with Jenner since Saint’s Dec. 5 birth while their house undergoes renovations, are reportedly “so ready to get out of there,” the ET source said.

In the meantime, Kardashian hinted that her rapper husband’s now-defunct weekly music giveaway, “G.O.O.D. Fridays,” could be returning.
