DHL and TOSHIBA brought the Rugby World Cup Final to Life
FOR those not privileged enough to be at the 2015 Rugby World Cup Final, the next best thing was surely the magnificent Big Screen Party put on by Toshiba, DHL and co sponsors Absolute Sports.
Throughout the afternoon of October 31st, visitors to the especially constructed FanZone, were able to enjoy a wide range of entertainment, both on and off the screen. Before the match itself the highlight of the afternoon was the live Drop Kick Challenge, where visitors were given an opportunity to try to win a car by drop kicking a rugby ball into a drum 40m away. Sadly no-one won the car, but a few came very close indeed.
Kids were also fully catered for with a fun park of jumping castles, water slides, face painting and more.
There was also ample food, drink and space for everyone to enjoy what was an outstanding World Cup Final, and for those with the stamina, Evicted played a live concert for two hours after the match.
And if that wasn’t enough, 5 lucky winners walked away with brand new Toshiba 47” HD LED Televisions, and over 200 visitors received a myriad of DHL branded memorabilia as well as numerous gifts from co-sponsors Absolute Sports.
