Dokora ruining education

EDITOR — The scrapping of teachers’ incentives by Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Lazarus Dokora, is vindictive and divisive. His actions and reported pronouncements are retrogressive as they demolish the efforts of some progressive school development councils who are concerned with the welfare of school children and their teachers who sacrifice so much.
