Former Caps United coach lifts Botswana League title

FORMER Caps United head coach, Mark Harrison has won the 2015/2016 beMobile Premiership title in Botswana with Township Rollers FC in his first season at the club.

Harrison who failed to last a distance at the “Green Machine” joined Township Rollers during the mid season and stood firm to help his side lift the title, stifling strong challenge from rivals Mochudi Centre Chiefs.

Township Rollers finished the league with 65 points from 30 matches and were two points ahead of Chiefs who finished on 63 points from as many matches.

The triumph of Township Rollers means Harrison will participate in the CAF Champions League next season. www.sportbrief.co.zw
