Joshua Ncube set to perform in Ivory Coast

STAND up comedian Carl Joshua Ncube set to perform in Ivory Coast this March as part of a brand new English component of the Market for African Performing Arts (MASA) festival in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Carl’s manager Nelsy Ncube confirmed that the Comedian will be making his debut performance that will see him also inject trace amounts of French into his routine.

Over the years, Carl Joshua has shown that he is undoubtedly Zimbabwe’s biggest stand up comedy export and continues breaking down barriers and redefining the possibilities stand up comedy brings to Zimbabwe.

“The Ivory Coast performance is Carl’s first one man performance outside of Zimbabwe and he stated he is extremely excited about this development in his career,” his manager said.

The trailblazing comedian closed the year by being the first Zimbabwean to perform at the Comedy Central International Comedy Festival where comedians like Trevor Noah, Jeff Ross, Hannibal Buress, Ariel Spears, Basketmouth participated.

Carl Joshua Ncube to date has performed in USA, Australia, South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda.
