Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second child with US rapper Kayne West.

REALITY TV star Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second child with US rapper Kayne West.

She made the announcement during the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which was broadcast in the US.

In a preview clip for a future episode, she told sister Khloe: “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!”

The show had documented the star’s fertility struggles with her husband, rapper Kanye West, and she had revealed that an attempt to get pregnant through IVF had failed.

Ahead of her show being broadcast in the US, Kardashian, 34, tweeted: “Who is excited for tonight’s KUWTK finale? There’s some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in.
Kardashian, 34, gave birth to daughter North in June 2013.

She got engaged to West four months later in an elaborate marriage proposal in front of family and friends at San Francisco’s AT&T Park baseball stadium.

They married in May 2014 in Florence, Italy, after hosting lavish pre-wedding festivities in France.
