Livsham building a multi-million dollar cluster house project

LIVSHAM Private Limited company in partnership with Rawson properties are currently in the process of building a multi-million-dollar cluster house project, at stand 126 Winchedon Hellensvale Borrowdale.

The project which will include fourteen cluster units with three to four bedrooms will be built on land measuring 5 400 square metres is expected to be complete in eighteen months.

The construction project will include recreational facilities such as a community bar, gym, pool, garden park and a backyard area for gardening, landscaping among other various amenities.

The construction project with an investment budget of US$$2.1 million is in line with vision 2030 which is focused on promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, equitable development and prosperity for all, under a market economy that leverages on.

livsham.com private limited is the constructor and consulting company of the project. The company is doing the civil engineering and actual construction of the project which is expected to change the face.

Rawson Properties are responsible for advertising the project and and focusing on quality assessment and assurance with the sole mandate of selling the fourteen cluster units.

Business development director, Mr Kuda Mavhika said the partnership is a critical solution in solving issues to do with housing backlog and at the same time contributing to the country’s national gross domestic product.
