Barcelona striker Luis Suarez says that if he one day returns to the Premier League, it would only be to play for his former club Liverpool.

The Uruguayan therefore rules out a move to any other club in England, with the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal all likely to bid should he become available.

But the 29-year-old reveals that his bond with the Anfield faithful means he could only return to one club.

“If I was to return to England, it would be to play for Liverpool – not for any other team,” Suarez tells ESPN.

“I’ve missed the fans. The atmosphere is incredible, it’s incredible. Everyone who has played for Liverpool knows how important the fans are – they know they will always be in my heart.
