New ‘exclusive’ agenda for Circus
The Exclusive Thursday Nite Live is part of the new management’s “agenda of the revived club geared towards the more mature and affluent individual”.
Revellers would be treated to a variety of local artists whom they have always yearned to see perform in an environment “just like a corporate night out”. International artists will also be a feature as and when the organisers manage to bring one.
In order to fulfil this new agenda, the club will be hosting shows every fortnight for the discerning reveller. This should provide the necessary environment to wind down after a hard day in the office, the organisers of the event.
And to launch this upmarket agenda, there will be a show featuring dendera music star, Sulumani Chimbetu, on February 23.
“Traditionally, Circus has been synonymous with being a venue that the more youthful generation embraced. However, the club has been refurbished to suit the discerning reveller, with interior décor depicting nothing short of an ambiance of class, style and elegance,” said an Exclusive Thursday Nite Live organiser with the joint.
“While they mix and mingle, dance and relax and wet their whistles on a wide variety of local to
imported beverages, the event will offer the perfect cherry environment to network and socialise.”
“Local musicians have grown in great strides over the past couple of years across all genres of music and as an entertainment house we identified the need for our artists to be showcased to a certain market in our society that rarely gets the opportunity to experience their superb artistry, hence, the introduction of the Exclusive Thursday Nite Live entrainment”.
The organiser added that because of the location’s intimate setting and a detailed five-star service tickets to the fortnightly events are limited and most will be pre-sold.
Besides the all-round ambience, the organisers also promise secluded and secure parking. Other events including other forms of art such as fashion and comedy are also in the offing.
