ZANU-PF creates ‘jobs for the boys’

EDITOR — Your story ‘Where is Hungwe’s Psychomotor Ministry?’ refers. This is indeed a ‘job for the boys’ ministry. It is the same with metropolitan governors or resident ministers. It’s a complete waste of taxpayers’ money. This is to be expected from ZANU-PF because they are consumption driven. It’s for the benefits not principle. That is why President Robert Mugabe finds nothing sinister when he takes a delegation of 60 or more on his endless overseas trips. Compare his motorcade with that of Ian Smith (30 cars to only three).
