Celebrity night @ Symphony
Much to the surprise and delight of the fashionably dressed and mature From W1
Symphony loungers, Loyiso sang two songs “I want you” and “Take me Back” off his new album “Blow your Mind” before taking the time to meet and have pictures taken with all present. Symphony is located along Samora Machel Ave in Harare.
Having been to Zimbabwe many times over the years, Loyiso — touched by Symphony’s pledge to donate funds to Tose Respite — donated his time to meet and greet Symphony clientele.
As the home follows the school calendar, a donation will be made in September.
Sadly, however, due to his hectic schedule, Loyiso will not be able to be there. In addition to funds raised on last week, Symphony has pledged to donate 500kgs of Holmer mealie-meal, 50kg of Bakers Delight flour from their sister company Broadhaven manufacturing, as well as kitchen utensils, gravies, sugar, salt, juice, beans and many other food stuffs from their very own Symphony kitchen.
Loyiso is a winner of multiple awards ranging from five South African Music Awards(SAMAs), most recently Best R&B and Best Producer at the SAMA awards 2008 as well as presenter of SAMAs 2009 and nominated at the MTV awards alongside Alicia Keys, Rihanna and Akon in 2008 MTV Base awards.
Loyiso is well known for his style accolades including “You” Magazine and GQ’s most stylish and sexiest man in the country. Loyiso personifies the best, most liked and well known multi-faceted R&B artist on the African continent.
