CURECHEM is targeting to be the leading supplier of high quality chemicals in sub Saharan Africa by 2025, the managing director Anup Chand has said.
Speaking at the celebrations of the country’s 20th anniversary, Chand who has seen the company growing since its formation in 1998 said the sky was the limit for the company which has continued to grow in all markets that they operate in.
“Our vision is to be the market leader of high quality chemicals that our clients require by 2025. We are confident this is achievable…My wife always used to say Curechem is like a child, that is how dear the company is to me. I love what I do and am happy we have an incredible staff,” he said.
Curechem is head quartered in Johannesburg and has another branch in Durban, South Africa. The company also has an office in Lusaka and another in Ndola, Zambia. It also has a presence in Matola, Mozambique; an office in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania and an office in New Delhi, India.
“We also have associate offices in Ghana, Mauritius and the United Arab Emirates,” he said.
Founded in 1998, the “Curechem” group has experienced exponential growth within the past two decades. The group has grown since then becoming the undisputed leader in supply of commodity chemicals especially to the industrial and mining sectors.
The company’s international network has enabled the company to supply quality products at the most competitive prices and to maintain a reliable and flexible service at all times.

It is also strong in food and industrial chemicals as well as Agricultural Chemicals. The agricultural chemical department is one of the company’s most rapidly growing departments.
