No to Zimpost move

If Zimpost goes ahead and implements this, how do they intend to deliver mail to thousands of Zimbabweans across the country that do not own or have access to post boxes at post offices?
Postal services have been one of the remaining communication channels available to the people of this country despite high postal charges.
Information Communication Technology Minister Nelson Chamisa should urgently look into this issue as it will definitely affect the means of communication in the country and with the outside world.
The move will further stifle the right to communication and information, which is a basic right under Zimbabwean and international laws.
