ZimPraise organises successful event to help less privileged

REOWNED Inter-denominational gospel choir, Zimpraise led a galaxy of established Zimbabwean artists during a charity benefit show for Jairos Jiri in Harare gardens on Sunday.The colourful gospel group organised and gave a performance worth remembering which shows how the group has matured over the years. 
ZimPraise executive director Israel Sebenzo said the show was part of the group’s social responsibility duties which they will organise often to assist rehabilitation centre, orphans, windows and children’s home going forward.

“It has always been our desire to be a part of what is right in the nation and to help those that are in need to be helped as Jesus died for us all. So we as ZimPraise Holdings and Trust, we are proud to be doing this,” he said.
“Even our chief executive officer, Joe Madziyire who is currently in the USA for corporate work and business has fully been supporting this endeavour in his absence We have made sure his vision is a success,” Sebenzo said.

Other musicians who performed at the conference include Worship Addicts, Tembalami, Sebastain Magacha, Kudzi Nyakudya, Pastor Haisa, Baba Manyeruke, Call 2 Worship, Covenant Praise and Firm Faith.
Sebenzo said the word of God says music was a powerful tool in provoking the presence of God and want people to know that salvation is for everyone regardless of age, nationality, situation, condition or race
 “We want to thank the other anointed and professional singers who performed and brought people together in an atmosphere of worship as we remember children at Jairos Jiri,” said Sebenzo.
Jairos Jiri Association rehabilitates people with disabilities and lobbies for their rights, for example, right to good health, right to employment and right to education.
ZimPraise concerts boast attendance of a cross section of people who come together  for  divine praise and worship and is seen a bridge of reconciliation, and a beacon of light and hope to the much afflicted and sick and those who want to have a good time dancing to gospel music.
